Also, just for fun, Vic Vance, the other black GTA protagonist (tied for my favourite GTA protagonist with CJ) was also portrayed as a decent man, a military man, strongly against drugs etc. There were even extremely heartwarming scenes of him comforting a domestic abuse victim and her baby.
